Program Design & Facilitation

Programs

Practical leadership workshops and manager training, built on proven, research-backed frameworks and tailored to specific needs. Workshops can be held virtually or in person, as a standalone session or built into a more robust development series.

Programs may run half- or full-day, modified to the size of your team, and priced to the group size, length, and format. Start with a free conversation and we'll determine the best solution.
Sample Programs

Possible starting points, or fully customized

These are a few of the workshops clients frequently request. If we determine your needs require something different, that's normal, and we'll build around what you truly need.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Every leadership skill runs through emotional intelligence first. This workshop helps participants build self-awareness, catch their own reactions before those reactions drive behavior, and read the emotional climate of a room enough to adjust in the moment, through real scenarios and honest reflection, not just theory.

Flexing Your Leadership Style

One Style Doesn't Fit Everyone

Most leaders default to a style that feels most natural, even when the moment calls for a different approach. This program helps leaders determine what someone needs on their learning journey and flex their approach without losing their own authenticity.

Coaching Essentials

Accountability, Coaching & Feedback

The conversations many leaders avoid or approach incorrectly: holding someone accountable without damaging the relationship, and coaching instead of just directing or demanding change. People are different and situations vary, so this workshop covers practical, adaptable coaching essentials and tactical ways to give and receive feedback that can actually change behavior as well as the culture of a team.

Leveraging Personality in Leadership

Understanding Yourself and Your Team

Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, this workshop provides participants with a clear window into their own personality preferences and how those preferences show up under stress, and in others. Participants learn to recognize differences, adjust their communication, and stop mistaking different for difficult. Sessions include an official MBTI assessment (Step I or Step II) and results.

Hidden Drivers of Team Conflict

Interpersonal Skills in Leadership

Everyone has their own interpersonal needs. This workshop helps participants uncover their own, recognize how those needs show up, and sometimes clash with others, and helps build the self-awareness to adjust their approach with those who are wired differently. Includes an official FIRO-B assessment and results.

CliftonStrengths® (Gallup's StrengthsFinder)

Leveraging Strengths to Maximize Productivity

CliftonStrengths® identifies talent; what a person does best, not what they need to fix. This workshop helps individuals and a team see their natural strengths as an asset to build around, with shared language for talking about it going forward. Includes official CliftonStrengths® assessment and results.

Also available: Prosci® Change Management work and a deeper Culture Change engagement (a natural next step after Coaching Essentials) are both scoped individually for organizations ready to go beyond the core lineup.

Need a full onboarding curriculum for a new leader, or another custom sequence? Any of the programs above can be developed into a longer series built around your needs and goals.

"I had the opportunity to participate in the Situational Leadership II managerial development course facilitated by Jason. Jason's knowledge and experience on this topic kept the group engaged. His facilitating approach was fun, energetic, and encouraging, creating an environment in which all those in attendance felt comfortable sharing both positive and negative experiences faced as leaders/managers. I would highly recommend the course and Jason's facilitating style!"

— CEO

"Jason facilitated an OZ training session to improve accountability for my team, 85 associates in all. He did a fantastic job — months later, the teachings and applications are still being discussed and utilized. Jason demonstrated a great deal of poise, mastery of the material, and an ability to tailor the training as we went to meet the needs of the team. He was a true business partner!"

— Senior Executive

"From start to finish, Jason kept the group in the loop with clear, consistent communication and a willingness to challenge the norm. He took the time to get to know each participant and delivered a thoughtful, impactful program — hands down the best leadership program I've ever attended."

Bringing It To Life

Facilitation, not just content

A program is only as good as the person running the room. Jason facilitates every session, whether it's a custom build or a curriculum your organization already has, keeping the room engaged, honest, and moving toward real application instead of just information.

"I've had the privilege of partnering with Jason on the Jabil–UVA Darden leadership initiative, and he consistently turns learning theory into action that moves the business. His hallmark is a reflective yet decidedly practice-informed style: he grounds every framework in real operational challenges, invites managers to test ideas in the flow of work, and then circles back to harvest lessons and refine the curriculum. The result is a virtuous cycle of insight and impact that has elevated our participants' leadership confidence and delivered measurable gains for the leaders he serves."

— Senior Learning Leader, UVA Darden

"Jason brings a positive and engaging presence to every session. His strong communication skills allow him to connect effectively with participants, regardless of background or learning style, creating an inclusive environment that encourages real application of the concepts."

— Business Unit Director, Jabil Automotive
