Privacy Policy
Who we are
This site is operated by Jason G. Schubert Consulting, LLC, doing business as Shoreline Leadership ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to jason@shorelineleadership.co.
What information we collect
If you email us or connect on LinkedIn, we keep that correspondence to respond to you. If you book a free consultation, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, email, and time zone to arrange the meeting; Calendly's own privacy policy governs that data. If you purchase any assessment report, payment is handled entirely by PayPal, including Venmo and credit or debit card payments. We never see or store your card or account numbers. PayPal shares the buyer's name, email, and order details with us so we can deliver the purchased report and, when applicable, schedule the debrief.
How we use your information
Solely to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct sessions, and fulfill assessment and report purchases. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers above who need it to do that specifically requested job.
Other technical notes
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts' servers, which may log visiting IP addresses per Google's own policies. Basic infrastructure logs are kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Your options
You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted, subject to what we need to keep for basic recordkeeping.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always applies.
Terms of Service
Our services
Shoreline Leadership provides executive coaching, team and individual coaching, program design and facilitation, talent and succession consulting, and personality and leadership development assessments along with debrief conversations. These are general professional development services, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. No specific results are guaranteed.
Pricing and payment
Prices for assessment reports are shown on the site at the time of purchase and processed securely through PayPal, including credit and debit cards and Venmo. Coaching, program, and consulting pricing is scoped individually and agreed to separately.
Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before your assessment has actually been administered. Once your report has been generated, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable. For report-plus-debrief purchases, canceling the debrief with at least 48 hours' notice refunds 50% of the total price; canceling with less notice, or not showing up, forfeits that.
Free consultations
Initial conversations are free and can be rescheduled or canceled through the link in your confirmation email. As a courtesy, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Intellectual property
All site content, the text, design, and materials we've created, belongs to Shoreline Leadership. Licensed assessment materials, including but not limited to MBTI®, FIRO-B®, CliftonStrengths®, The Leadership Circle Profile®, Hogan assessments, and Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®) assessments, remain the property of their respective publishers and are provided under license. None of it may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided as described, without warranty of specific outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the update.
