Executive & Leadership Coaching

Coaching

Coaching isn't a fixed program. It's a relationship shaped around what's actually going on for a leader or a team. Below are the shapes coaching often takes, but the starting point is always the same: a conversation about the real situation, not a package.

Leadership coaching works at any level: coaching for emerging leaders, new and first-time managers, mid-level or senior executives, as well as the teams they lead. Pricing and cadence are scoped to the engagement and what's required.
How It Works

Four common methods

Coaching engagements may resemble one of these, a combination, or worked out together. Not chosen off a menu.

1:1 Executive Coaching

Ongoing & confidential

Recurring 1:1 sessions with a leader working through a specific challenge: a bigger role, a shift in scope, a blind spot getting in their own way. Built around what they actually need, from one or many perspectives.

Team Coaching & Facilitation

The team as the client

Working with an intact team, not just one person on it, building clarity, trust, alignment, and psychological safety so the group pulls in the same direction instead of several different ones.

New-Leader Transition

Support through the first 90 days

1:1 coaching for someone stepping into a bigger leadership role, including managers leading a team for the first time, often paired with a broader onboarding curriculum when it's a fit, helping a new leader get oriented faster and build early credibility with their team.

Conflict & Dysfunction Intervention

When a relationship or team has stalled

Often most impactful when a specific relationship has broken down or a team is stuck in an unproductive pattern. To get everyone back to a working relationship, not just turning a blind eye to tension or problems.

Grounded In Real Engagement Work

Ten years partnering with Gallup

Coaching doesn't happen in a vacuum, it plays out inside a team's or an organization's culture. Among Jason's experience is a decade working alongside Gallup, managing an organization's semi-annual Q12 employee-engagement survey. This work earned him individual recognition as a World Class Partner from Gallup and helped the organization reach Gallup's World Class Engagement status for six consecutive years. This experience helps drive engagement and turn those results into real change. We can partner directly with an organization on its own engagement work today.
